Noah 2014 Movie Starring Russell Crowe.

The main tragedy was the movie itself!

Why? A lot of reasons.

All I had heard about this movie was that Noah's beard had been inaccurate to what it says in the bible but having now seen the movie I feel it was a mock!

Expect Giant Rock Monsters known as the Watchers. See Noah Murder people! Listen to the wisdom of an outsider young woman teaching Noah about God! Learn that we are all here today because Noah disobeyed God!!!

Not only was this movie terribly inaccurate to the Old Testament but if you're a believer you will likely be insulted by this movie.

If you are Atheist it will not help you regain any faith but actually mislead you into an anti God stance.

If you are a Satanist then you probably helped vote this film up to a 6.9 on Imdb, as my score for it is -1/10!

KICK-ASS 2 Movie Review

I have not previously reviewed the original Kick Ass movie, which I happened to really enjoy. However this review is for the sequel Kick Ass 2. I will compare the two though for those of you who have seen the first and wish to know more about the second installment.

Let's say Kick Ass 1 had a base score of 10/10. For the Sequel I would give 8/10. Why? Well although as a whole the second was an enjoyable movie experience The start seemed very amateur and the pace was a little slow. However, after roundabout one third of the way through the movie I felt I was back in the Kick Ass universe and the story got really dramatic. Again the film is rife with dark humor and is not recommended for kids. I don't like giving spoilers so I will not discuss the plot of the film but if you enjoyed Kick Ass 1 then this is definitely worth a watch. By the end of the film I'm sure you will be satisfied with your next adventure with Kick Ass, Hit Girl and the rest of the odd ball characters whom make Kick Ass, Kick Ass. Enjoy the movie!

The Dark Knight Rises Review 2012

The Dark Knight Rises - 2012 Blockbuster Movie
Having already seen, the first two movies of this series, Batman Begins and the Dark Knight I expected something special from The Dark Knight Rises. I visited the cinema with my wife, sister and her fiancee, and settled down to see what this movie had to offer. The opening scene was just as dramatic as the 2008 Dark Knight movie, if not more so! Also like it's predecessor it was an epic movie. Lots of action and drama. However it seemed to wane (excuse the pun... Bruce WAYNE) in the last 3rd or so and there seemed to be a major continuity error which I will not mention as its a main part of the plot. However, even after the movie had finished I felt I had seen good value for money and if the second movie scored 9/10 then the third was certainly worth an 8/10. I'm not sure if they will make any more movies in the series but I know the writer, Christopher Nolan, has provided the story for an upcoming movie called the Man of Steel. Which is about? You guessed it, Superman! There's a movie well worth waiting for as I'm sure it will be every bit as good as this Batman series. One last mention about a possible future sequel for the Dark Knight is the introduction of a famous character from the original Batman series right at the end of the movie. Watch it, enjoy it and see if you notice which character at the end. Thanks for reading!

Movie Review of The Day the Earth Stood Still Starring Keanu Reeves Preview

This is a 2008 remake of the classic 1951 movie of the same title. It is about an alien (Klaatu) and his invincible robot (Gort). It will star Keanu Reeves as Klaatu, Jennifer Connelly, Jaden Smith, and Kathy Bates. Gort has not been cast at this time and will most likely be created using Special Effects.

The Day The Earth Stood Still
This remake of The Day the Earth Stood Still may remain true to the original movie, but it is strongly rumoured that it will be more dedicated to the original short story rather than the 1951 cult classic.

The release date for this movie is the 12th December 2008 in the U.S.A and U.K

THE NEW STAR TREK XI MOVIE

Here is a movie I am certainly looking forward to, the new star trek story. It features a brand new cast, including several top flight actors, and chronicles the younger days of Captain Kirk and his crew. It has been unofficially named STAR TREK - ZERO, but nothing much else has yet been leaked, although the casting of Leonard Nimoy as 'OLD SPOCK' suggests that time travel will be involved. Sources stated it was originally due to be released on Boxing Day this year, but has now been delayed and the current launch is scheduled for 8th May 2009.

Batman - The Dark Knight Review

As a huge fan of Batman Begins I was really looking forward to this movie. Before seeing it I had already heard lots about it, such as the brilliant performance of the late Heath Ledger as the Joker and that it had broken box office records in it's first weekend at the theatres. Now that I have seen the movie I can report that it is an excellent masterpiece. I was a little concerned through parts of the film as I found myself cheering on the Joker. (Probably due to my sympathy to the actor Heath Ledger.) That's the only logical reason I can see as the Joker was a raving psychopath. The eery music when the Joker is on screen helps bring out to great effect the insane psychology of Batmans latest foe. Another of Batman's famous foes is also introduced in the movie. However, I will not reveal which as it would ruin the suprise but the story gives clues away throughout the film until the villan emerges. It stars some of the original cast from the Batman Begins movie including Christian Bale as the Caped Crusader. If you want to see the hottest film in the cinema right now then I suggest you see this, but you may need to book in advance.

Trivia - Heath Ledger was warned by Jack Nicholson about playing the roll of a psychopath. (Nicholson also played the Joker in the earlier set of Batman films)

Harold and Kumar go to white castle

What a funny movie. The first time I came across this film I didn't watch it because I believed it to be an amatuer movie. Now however, after watching it whilst on holiday. It is one of my personal favourites. A hilarious overnight adventure for the two titled characters. Very entertaining and a must see for lovers of comedy.
